Corded electric equipment is also utilized when tools such as chain saws not supported by lithium battery technology are required. In this case, the equipment is powered directly off the solar trailer.

In addition to cordless batteries charged by solar power we use GMC Sierra Hybrid trucks whenever possible. As North America’s first 2 Mode Hybrid truck, the Sierra is 40% more fuel efficient over standard trucks in the landscaping industry. No diesel – no noise. More electric – more quiet. Less fuel - less emissions.
2 – 130 watt Solar Panels provide the charging and the power to operate all Clean Air equipment including additional power for anything that runs on 120 volt current. Supplied by WeGoSolar on Vancouver Island, the equipment includes a 2000 watt inverter (the brains) and solar batteries (the brawn).
